Review: This is the item sent it’s ment to be the brown the customer services lady RACHEL has the worst approach to this and said this is brown her argument was to send me a review by someone else taking they was happy and didn’t complain so why should I. In basic turn I’m so upset and disheartered with this from SHEIN and couldn’t even get to a seller or anything because this is apparently a brown purse. Lmao it’s cream and a horrible cream at that.
